Introduction of Plate Vulcanizor

There are two sizes of Plate Vulcanizors, one is Singlechip controlling, the other one PLC controlling, three way of working, adjusting, handle and automatically. The working pressure and crimping speed and stroke can be adjusted. All of the Vulcanizors are easy to operate and adjusted, and suitable to crimp varies kinds of moulds goods made by rubber or thermosetting plastics, also with non molding goods and foamed plastics products.There are 2 ways to divide the Plate Vulcanizors by structure forms, the frame-type ,or with four pillars type.Also there are 3 ways to divide the machines by the heating way power heating, steam heating or heated by heat transfer oil. Be installed with auto vulcanization’s timer, auto pressure compensation, auto alarm and constant temperature written comments device. The hydraulic vulcanizor systems that our company produces are designed scientific, entirety steel resistances, not noisy, easy to operated. For different products’ needs we can input different numbers such as pressure, time, speed, temperature into PLC to have sequential controls, and according to the producing needs, we can also air previous from 1-N times, to improve the products’ quality and yield.    The hydraulic vulcanizor systems that our company produces can press multilayer products for once or be operated by one guys.
